Country Wine Making Course
Book up and discover how easy it is to turn water into wine!

Make your own wine, using flowers, leaves and fruit collected from your garden or local hedgerow. We can show you how easy it is to grow and collect all the materials you need.
We run courses in the Spring and Summer covering flower petal and leaf wines (marigold, rose petal, honeysuckle, oak leaf and walnut leaf).
Our Autumn courses cover berry and hip wines (blackberry, black currant, red currant, raspberry, elderberry, etc) and apple wine (hic)!.
Our courses are very informal, friendly and informative.
- The course starts at 10.30 am and finishes around 3.30 pm
- £65.00 per adult
- Lunch and light refreshments provided throughout the duration of the course
- Sensible clothing and footwear essential for when we’re out and about foraging
- Plus a bottle of homemade wine to take home!
